ok I love to deep throat my bf who is about 7-7 1/2 inches long, but he is concerned that i might mess up my vocal box or something in the future. can anything like this happen?:confused:

any long term effects
I am inclined to say no, seen many vocal cords & well, have not asked to to the emergent nature & never seen had a problem medically. They can stretch it's not as if you are staying in this position for weeks on end without release.
Never heard a woman have any complaints, assuming you do not vomit; it has to do with the ability to suppress the gag reflex; a non issue if sex related.
