Any Ideas For EXTREMELY kinky Sex positions?
Just keep exploring. My personal definition of kink is that which is new, different, or unusual. That's on a personal level, not a societal level. What's kinky to you might be simply romantic or even mundane to me. I know how to suspend someone upside down for sex without causing skeletal, muscle/ligament/tendon, or nerve damage and have several friends who do too.
If you and your partner have kinky minds you will invent or discover your own kinks. Just remember that when doing the extreme stuff it is best to practice RACK -Risk Aware Consensual Kink. This means that first off you are both in agreement about what you are going to attempt and equally important you are both aware of the risks, take precautions and are willing to accept the consequences should anything go wrong.
I also recommend that you get in touch your local kink community and take some clases in extreme sex techniques -if that is what you are into and if you are over 18. In some communities you need to be 21.
If you are under 18 you should really master the basics of good"vanilla"sex before you get carried away with kink. There are lots of excelent sexual technique and position guides in book form and DVD in the bookstores and online.

You say you have tried lots, but you aren't telling us what you have tried. We don't need to know really. Go through the entire list of positions that are on this site. If you have already done everything there, get back to us.
