Ok, my girlfriend and I had sex. I wore two condoms. Although I did not ejaculate inside of her, she is worried that the pre-ejaculate "swam" down the penis and out from underneath both condoms. I told her that I don't think that's very possible, but I'm still looking for other opinions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

no mate thats practically impossible. the only way your gf wd get pregant is if she was highly unlucky. i wouldnt worry about it mate
Double-bagging, as it is called, is most commonly used by those folks who have a form of herpes or other incureable STD. It DOES provide a significnatly increased protection against fluid transfer, but it can never be 100%.
In your case, it sounds like you 2 need to talk about birth control in general. If she's worried about precum, or cum leaking out of the condom, it's a bigger issue for her.

also, wearing 2 condoms doesn't make it any safer if anything its worse.
the friction between the 2 condoms will sometimes cause them to rip.
so from now on just wear the one.
well, ANYTHING is possible but it's highly unlikely she's pregnant.
