You need to try again...you did fine this time but she may have felt akward about sounding to into it. I am sure it felt good to her. As your relationship together gets more open her legs will spread for your touch and her voice will let you know how much pleasure you are giving her.

Some women make little noise when being pleasured sometimes. I try my best to refrain any noises because I'd feel awkward making any, so maybe that's what she was doing (even if it did feel good to her), or like I said before, she may just not make that much noise.
