I have a steep erection angle and a slight bend. My girlfriend complains that sex is very painful because of this angle and stiffness. We have been having sex for a few years now (not very often during it--maybe 30-40 times?) but it has never been enjoyable (in fact it has been painful) for her. We both want to have a healthy sex life and better sex...but this angle/hardness thing seems to be an issue.
Any suggestions on dealing with this? Positions etc? Has anyone else had this problem?

Just try all different positions. Her complaint doesnt sound odd maybe you just have to work a bit harder to get it right. But maybe go to the docs just incase.
The rigidity may be more of a problem than the angle. You guys come in all angles up and down and left and right. The rigidity is another issue and there is not much you can do about that except age. You should each be checked out - especially your girl friend.
I do not like them rigid as a bar because it feels more like being impaled than being screwed. A little flexibility allows the woman to shift positions slightly and get things where they work best. Frequent sex does leave men less rigid. Can also leave them too tired!
A quick alternatively caused ejaculation may leave you a bit more flexible and acceptable to your girlfriend.
