read the stickies on the site. There are plenty on information for you BOTH to read (get her to read as well).
But anyway, here's a must: Go GENTLY, use LOTS of lube, preferably silicone based lube, and the sequence is:
tongue rimming -->> finger for a while -->> two fingers for a time -->> and only then you!
