I have in the past (whilst still a little ignorant of infections etc) moved from rimming her to cunnilingus. Luckily it didn't lead to an infection but from then on, I avoided that swap again and usually after an orgasm, I would rim her for a while or rim her while she played with her pussy until she reached orgasm.
