Soap & water real good on the outside. Do it twice for good measure. Don't put soap inside cause it will burn and irritate. I'd sugest just spreading yourself open back there and sort of push out like your having a bowel movement while the water runs over. Should be clean enough then unless he has a supper long tounge!
