Me and my other half have had anal sex a few times, but it has always been when i am drunk because it hurts like hell! :o ! I have heard about a tablet that makes the anus swell or something like that and apparently its meant to make it very enjoyable for women and not painful. Does anybody know what it is called? Never heard of a thing as this. The only thing close would be a topical anesthetic which contains a compound similar to benzocaine. It's a numbing agent which some use.
The key to reducing pain is relaxation and positioning. It's easier if you are flat rather then in a doggie position, try the spooning position for example or lye flat on your belly. Slow gentle pressure is a must along with proper lubrication, and sufficient anal play before attempting any penetration.
Look at a site which sells sex toys and lubes & see what you find.
I, too, have never heard of a tablet marketed for this. It is possible that some people would use a topical drug in suppositry form that would paralyze the muscles briefly. This would relax them and allow insertion. You would have no bowel control for however long it would take to wear off.
