After anal sex is performed on me, I experience diarrhea. It does not occur immediately after, but instead some hours later and continues into the next day. I want to know what causes this and how to prevent it, cause other than that, I quite enjoy anal and wish to continue getting it.
I am female and 18 years old, this is my only partner and we've been together about a year.
Help us. Thanks.

Yeh i've heard about IBS...it could be nasty if u don't sort it out.
IBS is irritable bowel syndrome. Some people have it without knowing it and it can be triggered by such things as anal sex.
But um, other than that, I dunno. I'd say try the Immodium AD thing and see if that helps any.
He has been with other people, but we both got STD checks before we became sexually active with each other which was some months ago. We are both clean and have been loyal to each other. I don't know what IBS is. Anal we haven't always used a condom, but he never cums in my ass. I can't speak for pre-cum, but he never actually leaves his load in there.
My doctor told me before never to do anal sex cause of the bad things that can happen, but I know with care it is safe, and there really isn't another doctor for me to go to in my area. I'd get a second opinion if possible, but I can't.
I'm no medical doctor here so I'm just going with what I recall.
My first question is are you the only person he's been with?
Cause sometimes certain STDs can trigger diarrhea after having anal sex.
My second thing is do you suffer from something like IBS? Cause the diarrhea sometimes associated with that can be triggered by anal sex.
I remember reading somewhere that you can take something like immodium AD before having anal sex, can sometimes help prevent the diarrhea.
My third question is are you using a condom? Cause while I can't prove it and it's just a thought, if he comes in your ass, the semen might be triggering the diarrhea. I know when I had anal sex and didn't use a condom, while I didn't get diarrhea, my poop was, well, runny for a while until I guess all of it finally came out.
So yea, just some thoughts.
However, if it concerns you, you can always go to the doctor and ask them. It's probably nothing they haven't heard before so don't worry.
