Wet wipes and next time you try anal sex - use lubricant! Lots of it! In fact you might want to use the lube in the bathroom to help. Make sure you keep very clean as that area is easily infected. Wear 100% cotton underwear too.

Dont just use lubricants

A finger is a lot smaller than a penis. He should only do it very slowly and gradually, and stop if he is causing you pain. You need to be in control with this. Make sure he understands that.
