I don't know about your experience so far (anal experience? maybe you have been fisted by someone else?). From what I've read about this, fisting shouldn't even be thought of until you've become very experienced first. And "safely" for one thing means that the process takes up hours(!), excl preparation... Fisting yourself needs just as much patience. It takes extra flexibility on your behalf, which could make it more dangerous. When you're just not agile enough, you could go into overstretching and "forcing" your body. Which makes tensing up and rupturing rectiletissue even more likely!

The reason that air in your vagina can cause air in the vascular system is because if you increase the air pressure on one side of a membrane then air will pass across it (if there is enough pressure). The membrane here is the wall of the uterus or vagina. That is how it gets there, since there is a very prominent blood supply in the endometrium the air can move into the blood supply.

Ok,i did not know the dangers associated with vaginal fisting.It was not something i did regularly.Now i know the risks i doubt i will do it again.

Oh gee,i really don't know about anal fisting.I have had my partner insert his fist into my vagina,but my anus.NO WAY!!
