Evening all,
Sorry if a thread already exists, I had a quick look around but failed to come across one. Basically after 10 months of going out my girlfriend has plucked up the courage to ask to do anal. Only problem is I'm very, very worried about hurting her (as I have heard from other people that it's a tad painful). Other than being very gentle and using loob is there anything else I can do?

I don't know about that, but lube is a good choice.
I understand that having her push back as quickly as she pleases is good. Let her have control.
It doesn't hurt a tad, as I understand, but a whole hell of a lot.

Usually with a lady if you can get her to let you in an inch, you can gently ease your way in after that. The first inch is the most difficult!
