I can say with utmost certainty that this post by Brandye is largely false, greatly skewed, and written for the purpose of scaring people away from this intimate act... You want to take it SLOWLY... I can't emphasize that enough. Use LOTS of lube and using one finger gradually get used to it. After you've loosened up a bit you can add another finger. And so on.
