The female orgasm infrequently causes anything to "come out." If you are experiencing the orgasm, that is it. In a few decades of being sexually active with men and women, I have never experienced ejaculation.
Nor have I ever seen it in a female partner. I have spoken to very few women who "thought" they had ejaculated. You are perfectly normal and remember that about a quarter of us never or very rarely experience orgasm.
