Ok, recently my girlfriend and I recently attempted to have sex many times but to no avail. She thinks its her being tight as I think its me due to the girth but it could be both of us. We tried missionary, on top, from behind, nothing worked. Lubricants didn't work either.
It could also be me since once I put on a condom, I lose the erection since it takes the feeling away and that I don't like the way it feels at all :(
Some of y'all may ask if she had ever inserted anything i.e. fingers, no she hadn't. We even tried foreplay, still won't go in.

All women should have gyn exams before becoming sexually active. Age 16 is frequently what is recommended. If she has had an exam, she will know whether or not she is too tight - the odds of that are very small.
That leaves the possibility of a very tough hymen (recent threads on that) or she is tightening her muscles - voluntarily or involuntarily. Some of this requires relaxation and, occasionally, some professional assistance. Given the lack of experience for both of you, it is likely you are each a bit anxious and that does not help.
First, she should have an exam. Then, she should learn to put the condom on you making it part of the play.

Yes, there are those women built so small, through their pelvis, that most penises will simply not fit but as Brandye says - that's very, very rare.
To answer your question about what kind of foreplay we're doing is very basic. Playing of breasts, going down under, kissing the neck, sometimes we do foreplay for more than an hour at the most. We are relaxed and cool and you guys are right about the condom thing since I gotta get used to it :\

Some of you yanks weigh in on this. It seems that most cities in the world (U.S.?) have women's health clinics. Schools have clinics. What about the States?

The state which the individual is in has routine clinics through the Department of Health, they have clinics there. Additionally non-profits such as Plannedparenthood.org is a good finder and can refer anyone to their place if they are not local. Hospitals and Medical Centers also have clinics for exams which are held routinely. Women's and Men's health screening is a major crux of the US for promoting better health and thwarting off potential diseases. No insurance required.

This sort of thing is precisely why Planned Parenthood should be everywhere and supported. Counseling, exams, information, contraceptives, etc. - they are all provided to all women at whatever the woman can afford ot pay - even for free.

lol I think "basic foreplay" was a bit of an understatement as we do foreplay like wild animals in heat :p But anyways, we're trying to find out as many information as we can. And we'll go to the website and I think we have a place nearby here. Thanks guys for the heads up :)

Does a square peg not fit in a round hole because the peg is square, or it doesn't fit because the hole is round. Everything is relative, you could have a 3 inch girh and her vagina still be too tight. Relative to her vagina your girth would be enormous but relative to other vaginas and penises your girth would be tiny.
Just a quick note, planned parenthood will do exams for free if she doesn't make enough money to pay for one. She should have a regular pap and exam every year.
