Okay...vaginas are one of the most flexible parts of the body, when i first had sex, i was very relaxed and calm and that may play a part in your situation, the body needs to be some what relaxed. You also have to remember that the first time is going to be the hardest you are going to have to take it very slow, which is why you may not be able to get off right away. Yeah, do the mature thing and stop putting yourself at risk for disease. At 14 you're suppose to be masterbating up a storm (and concentrating on school), not trying to have sex in a school bathroom. The biggest (and probably very real) way you could mess up any future sexual experience, is with your risky behaviour now.
