you are probably masturbating with a grip that is too firm. if so you need to practice with less stimulation to achieve the same orgasm. this should help with your problem.
Of course being nervous can disrupt a person's ability to achieve an orgasm. So too can environmental conditions, external or internal noises close by, and any number of other conditions or circumstances.
