sounds like my gf x-o~ she grabs tweasers if i miss spots or the grow back faster then others x-x~ personally id rather wax... faster and well it easy to soothe the pain.... just grab an ice cold beer~ or maybe a scotch on the rocks <3
though there are a few of pain free options~ if ya look on google
I have found tweezers work well to clean up the area or to do some maintainance along the way. It takes a long time to do the entire area that way, but it makes it easy to shape the hair left in place.
me personally used a permanent thingy to get the areas i always keep bald (balls , shaft and ass) and an electric razor for the area above the penis for a lil trimming... thought ofcourse from time to time if an odd hair grows apart from the others i have to race my gf there or she attacks it with the tweasers, and i dont know how, but she makes it hurt x-x~ im fine if i do it myself though =D
i ended up buying one of these ( http://www.nevershaveagain.com/ ) and only had to use it 2 times, first time for the bulk~ its patches help in removing larger areas faster and only had to go back over for a few stray hairs, though from time to time another stray pops elsewhere in the area, but it has made things easier for me.

i perfer plucking - have to do it in stages otherwise it'd take hours lol
but it comes back softer and finer - after a while it stops in some areas
and it lasts longer
