Yeah, a paper towel or a little towel or cloth is always great, when you are there you can just ejaculate into it and throw it in the garbage or the wash whatever the situation is.
Swallowing is always another option, but I'm not personally keen on that so perhaps check with your girl or don't bring it up if she doesn't do it herself?
Any tissue or paper towel should work well for it. Thats probably one of the easiest ways.
