My cousin is 15 and she had sex and is dating a 19 year old I think its kinda ok since its only 4 years and I basically see 19 year olds as kids still anyway but anyway let me know what you think,also I might ad that that is when me and my wife hooked up I was 18 and she was 14 but anyway let me know.

Well, it's a felony in the state I'm in.
Whatever state when one is age of majority (18) is a crime. And it's immoral, unethical, and illegal.
The difference in maturity between 15 and 19 can be great. Four years can make a big difference in sense of responsibility and emotional capacity to sweat out a period every month.
Not to mention, the guy is a felon.
As we used to say in college... 16 will get you 20
Besides as a teen and even inot the 20's four years can and does make a world of difference.

yes, it's a felony in most places but the age...some 15 year olds can be more mature than a 19 year old. I know people who are in their 30's and are less mature than some teens I know.

Yes, but the ability of a 15 year old vs. a 30 year old to care/provide for a child or to handle terminating a pregnancy is vastly different.
It is NOT a question of maturity - it is a question of LEGALITY.
