Not too sure what you asking here
I presume that you are asking after you have come you are sill hard and want to continue
It is a good idea to then change the condom and continue, cumm is slippery and the chances is that it will slip off rather be safe than sorry
if you have cum in a condom and you both wish to keep going i would advise quickly swapping to a fresh condom before going for a second time...
keeping that cum inside the condom while still going a second time may infact push it back out the top and inside with penetration or it could infact break inside the vagina..
it doesn't hurt to stop for 5 seconds for a quick changeover then back in for the finale..
The brochure with the condom recommends withdrawal immediately after ejaculation. For good reason: most condom "failures" are a result of sperm swimming around the open end. This is also why adding spermicide in her vagina improves the effectiveness of condoms.
