advice her on top

Hi,

Um, i was wondering if anyone can give me advice!

I'm recovering from anorexia & have started having sex again with this person i have been seing for quit a while!

I tried me being on top of him for the first time last week. He seamed to like it, i want 2 do it again, however i'm needing advice on how 2 like get my balance! Also since i think i weigh 300lbs(no exaguration) & the scale says 104lbs, i'm kind of wondering if this will effect the way i 'ride him'
Also, i did more of a inter missionary thing, but i want 2 do cow girl, i've done cow girl before on an ex, but that was before the whole ana thing, and i was wondering if anyone could give me tips on ballance 4 it!

How are you actually doing it? I get from this that you are squatting. Yes? No? Regardless, try kneeling and resting on your hands or your forearms.

i've never been able to get the hang of the cowgirl, it's like the only position that i've tried i can't do. how exactly do you move when on top of the guy. i hear, find your own rhythm, but i have no rhythm! ne1 know how to move, or how guys like a girl to move?

There are two sets of actions that work. The first is the usual up and down stroking; the second has two variants: a) the woman moves back and forth linerally either in the direction of his torso, or side-to-side (left to right), and b) she can undulate or use a somewhat rotary motion like "grinding". Try combining two or more together.

The man's contribution can be to elevate his hips with the first technique to match his partner's actions, or, even more slowly so his rhythm is different than hers. Whatever works. His hands can be busy steadying her breasts so that they do not bounce around, and of course, he can caress them, also.

Ya, um i use the up & down motion.

I just want to be able 2 be on top, & not have 2 lean down on my forearms!
But i'm scared of my balance as i noticed when ever i tried not leaning on my fore arm it was like i felt like i was going 2 tumble or something!
But, mabe i should just try it again & put my weight on my knees & legs.
Its just really annoying, cause i DO NOT want to fall on top of him if i try it & then it doesn't work!
