accidental .. please help..

Building on what Brandye said, you DON'T have to cut sex out of your life. Just be prepared. Have condoms available and a spermicide of some kind.
As for what might show up... there are too many STDs to list all the symptoms. If you want to be certain, you'll have to visit a doctor. But, and this is JUST my own personal opinion, while you COULD have contracted something, from the situation you describe, I'm going to say it's highly unlikely.
On your "it was only one time".... doesn't matter. STDs and pregnancy can happen the VERY first time you have sex... or the 100th. It's kind of like playing Russian roulette... especially if you've taken no precautions.
Just be ready for the next time.
You will get close to a girl again and you will have sex again. If you think about it, it likely felt pretty good. The important thing is learn from this experience. Being able to talk about sex with a potential partner ahead of time is a good first step. I am guessing that she had some prior experience because things happened pretty quickly and easily as you describe it. The ideal would be to be able to talk this out with her. She obviously found you attractive and would likely be very helpful. And be prepared the next time.
With respect to being wet, that is normal after insertion into a vagina. The vagina must be wet or the friction would prevent entry. Some of us are always wet; some take some warmup and some require a little something extra. Whenever you have sex, you will end up with a wet penis.
I'd say that you have some cause to be worried... you should NEVER place your un-condomed penis inside anyone that you don't know very well. There is always the chance for contracting an STD. As well as the fact, that you don't have to ejaculate to get a woman pregnant. There are sperm present in the "pre-cum" as well.
Now, as to whether or not, you've gotten an STD. You might consider talking to her about her past sexual contacts. Other than that, the only way to be sure is to get tested.
I agree with you totally.. But this was my upmost first time.. I have never had a GF or has sex before.. This was totally un-expected.. It just happened.. I am not sure if it was sex.. it was for about 15-20 seconds before I pulled out.. I stopped and that was it.. I begun to realize that this was bad.. so I don't know.. What should show up after a few days?? anything noticable? if it was just only one time? I don't plan on having sex again.. this is gotten me so scared that I don't even want to get close to a girl.

Only if she has HIV/AIDS, and there is a risk of other STDs such as Hepatitis A,B, & C if she has them, you have to get a hold of yourself (no I don't mean that way) and if you are really worried here is an insane idea: an STD test...I don't know how many times I have had to tell people how you can and can't get AIDS (no I don't have it I only have put alot of time and effort into studying it)
