My GF and I were having sex last night. She was on top when the "incident" occurred. While she was grinding on me, I suddenly felt a warm sensation on my balls. She seemed surprised too and looked behind her only to find a tiny pellet of poop had landed on my balls! She didn't even know what had happened as she was enjoying the sex at the moment...never realizing that a small piece of crap came out of her ass.
Ok...so what's going on here? We've been having sex for almost a year now...and this is totally new. She's been sexually active for almost a decade too...and this was definitely a first for her. She hypothesized that while she was on top, my penis was pressing against her rectum potentially stimulating things but honestly I have on idea.

From what i heard He WAS on top but he was down around the opening of her vagina rather than up to her clit.
It happens from time to time and it ALWAYS embarasses the female. Contractions from orgasms can be that strong, ya know. Just go and take a shower with her, buddy. It is okay.
The posterior wall of the vagina is against the anterior wall of the rectum. Put something in the vagina and that will put pressure on the rectum. If there is anything in there, it can easily be squeezed out.
This happens more often than most people realize.

To clear things up, he was having sex with her doggystyle and she was sick, and all of sudden in one uncontrolled burst had a bout of diarrea...
The similar could have been true here, maybe your girlfriend had a minor stomach flu, making it harder to hold.
