ALL STDs that can be genitally transmitted can also be orally transmitted. The semen of a diseased man can pass the disease to the woman or man performing oral sex on him. A throat full of chancre from gonorrhea is not a pretty sight.
As far as being good, nutritionally, it has a few grams of protein and few grams of sugar. I do not believe Weight Watcher's requires you to log a blowjob in your diet book.
I dont believe it has any bad effects, I actually think there are good nutrients in it that the body can benefit from.
