Roselover, sounds like you've done a good deal of research, as well as sole searching, and I respect that. While I don't condone your relationship (not that you need mine or anyone else's approval) I respect the fact that you've made your decision with your eyes wide open. The one suggestion that I have is with respect to a potential child. While you believe the risk to be low for genetic problems, as you point out, they do exist. Equally important, you must consider the social implications that your child would face. Best of Luck to you.
