I think there is a huge difference between siblings who never knew each other and those who grew up together in the same household as siblings. Every so often you do hear of a couple who fall in love and then find out they are siblings. I honestly don't know what the right answer for that would be. Now because you are related by blood, if you decide to have children there could be problems, and you can't get married. As always there are circumstances to every case that would alter the perception. You are also an adult and are free to make your own decisions. You will probably be faced with opposition throughout your life if you continue your relationship with your sister because it is not the norm. Most people do not make an informed decision to have a sexual relationship with a family member. IMO I think most adults would hear this and say ew.
