"Consenting adults" would be persons 18 years of age or older. We are not talking about adults here, we are talking about children. Children should not know enough to masturbate in front of eachother. When children are little (2-4 years old) they are curious about what other's genitals look like. A child older than that may still be curious, but how many of them would reach out and touch someone else? Really, where do these people come from that would masturbate with eachother? I have never heard of anyone that did this unless they were sexually abused as a young child.

Why on earth would you think that 25% of people have masturbated with their siblings?? I think that number is an extreme over exaggeration... The people who posted on this topic agree with the large majority of people in our country who don't think that this behavior is right. Incest (whether sex or another sexual act) is not a normal behavior that everyone acts upon. Children are not sexual at a young age unless they have been abused or are exposed to sex. Most of us (speaking for myself and those I know) know that this behavior is wrong. If you think that it's ok I would wonder what you have grown up around.
Sorry if I offended anyone but this topic makes my blood boil.
