There is a greater variety in the length of limp penises than erect ones, but most end up in the average range when erect, so don't sweat it. You are going to use it to effect when it is erect and your size sounds fine for that. I am sure your g/f will be more than happy with it.
Far more important is to use what you have well, and also not forget that you have lots of other body parts to please all her important little places!
