As I was one of the more critical ones, I should apologize.
I'm new here and one of the reasons I came to this board is because I'm the father of a 12 year old girl who's going to be faced with many of the issues/choices/concerns/worries expressed on this board in the course of the next few years. I probably had a paternal breakdown when viewing several posts that I believed to be immature to the point of wondering how someone who appeared to be so young should even be on this board.
That's not an indictment of this board or the members by any means. I hope to continue to have the kind of relationship with my daughter that she will feel comfortable coming to me with some of the questions on this board.
So, you now know where a part of me is coming from and, as I told the Mod, I'll do my best to behave from now on.
