Major flaw in your logic. Someone might also hide their sexual preference or an unusual birthmark. Does this prove that this person knows that these things are wrong? No, it proves that this person thinks that others think that they are wrong.
I am not saying that exploiting your children and masterbating with your brother are good things, just that the evidence you have given does not prove them to be bad things.
