I have grown up with many women afraid to speak their minds and ask for what they want,play games,give mixed signals,etc...
I guess it's still happening with a lot of people where either male or female, unless you're comfortable with your partner,you won't say "yes I enjoy this" or "no,I don't enjoy it" etc... or come off as inhibited and hide your feelings about certain sexual behaviors for fear of being thought of as a "slut" or "whore."
Bottom line: Communicate.
I for one, very much enjoy when a man cums on any part of my body. (just not the face or hair,but accidents happen).
