That's true, and actually the top of the head is actually the most sensitive part. However, from the angle of his penis resting against his stomach the most stimulative part is right below the head. (bottom of the penis) The most stimulative part runs from the end of the head to the about 1 inch away. It depends on the size. You actually want the most stimulating part, not sensitive. With stimulation comes sensitivity mind you.
Oh I might add that when you say "you can't suck with your vagina", actually that's not entirely true. In a very similar sense you can actually "grip" and "pull" with your vagina provided you've exersized it to make it stronger.
