Well as long as you're in a VERY strong, trusting relationship then the threesome would work out. You have to be very careful and set any boundries and guidelines beforehand and make sure the third party is aware of them as well. In order for it to work out there should be a lot of planning and talking. You shouldn't just jump into it if you're in a relationship but if you're single that's a whole different story.
