Is a REAL thing but it isn't him wanting more sex than she does - or vice versa - no, nothing like that. It isn't about being able to say Yes.

Sex addiction is the inability to say No to anyone, anywhere, at any time - no matter how inappropriate, disgusting or illegal. The truly sex addicted has no boundaries, no limits whatsoever. The sex they do have is also not about orgasms, pleasure, or the shared intimacy - for them sex validates/proves their existence. "I fuck, therefore I am." Unfortunately for them, this 'proof of life' doesn't last and so they must continue.

This is a very rare condition and not a happy one.
