It's funny how older people always think that young people are so much worse than they were at that age. Doesn't anybody remember woodstock, burning bras, free love and nudist colonies? Young people from the 60's and 70's gave their bodies away a lot more than the teens of today.

Technology makes some things easier, but the basic principle is the same. Kids are always curious and they will find a way to see what they want so see. My older sister had friends and I'm sure all of you remember "You show me yours, I'll show you mine..." I saw my first girl parts when I was 7 or 8 and it wasn't through a pic message or on the internet.

The newest generation of teens isn't doing anything new, they are just doing it in a different way. In some ways, the younger people are doing a better job in their lives. The percentage of people who attend college after high school has increased with every generation. If they don't have respect for themselves, why would they care about their futures?

I think that both teens and adults just need to learn that text messages, emails, or any kind of communication can be saved and sent anywhere. (It's also saved on a server somewhere, so it's never truly private.) Texting has gotten more than just teens in trouble. Maybe we should have a discussion on Stupid politicians or celebs sending emails, text messages and voicemails to the person they are seeing on the side.
