I only read the first page so I dont know if the opinions of this changed with some users, but as a teen I dont believe making the child unable to do this act solves anything, its just part of a big brother culture in my opinion. The way to truly solve this is to teach kids not just make them unable to, if you tell a kid dont go over this fence, they'll wonder why not I wanna know whats on the other side, if you tell the kid hey dont go over this fence there s a mean guard dog that will rip you to shreds on the other side, they will understand. I believe being informed is the key to solving a lot of problems.
