Courts in most civilized nations have held that marital rape is rape. If he knows you are against it and continues whilst you sleep, that meets any civil definition of rape. He is a criminal. Period.
My earlier comment about simply not wanting to wake up with a penis in me was predicated upon a normal relationship. The descriptions have now gone beyond into descriptions of rape.
