I hope you have misphrased this statement?
Condoms not only help decrease the chance of pregnancy but also
help prevent STD's
In a stable monogamous relationship where both parties have been tested and willing to become pregnant then it it ok not to use them.. other then that it is not a good idea to be going without condoms
