i usually incorporate a massage into foreplay. i give my boyfriend one and i get one on return. those are usually sensual backrubs though. i have back pain a lot, so i'm always getting my bf to give me a massage...in that case, it relaxes me...if we have trouble getting to sleep, we also give each other backrubs
