From the sounds of it, I guess than that most guys have dry humped and ejaculated into their pants with somebody somewhere along the way. I would even guess that some "virgins" have done this. It certainly isn't the same as getting naked, having real sex and sleeping together naked all night but you can't always do that, right?
If you're in a semi-private place where you can get away with some dry humping but you can't get naked, go for it and don't worry about the wet spot in his pants.
I'm guessing that some people that "wait for sex" will still dry hump.
His boxers/briefs and his pants would be a crude form of protection if you don't have any other, right?
Anyway, making out would seem to be a good reason for guys to wear loose boxer shorts when dating rather than tighter underwear (even though you ladies seem to like boxer briefs). Yeah I know guys will get off just fine in briefs or boxer briefs but boxers make more sense there.
