I have not the vaguest real idea. The sneezing is coming from irritant to the nasal tissue. Perhapds he has nasal hair well back in the passages and the deep breathing causes this be an irritant. Sometimes rapid heartbeat causes sneezing.
In the popular wisdom, there are many myths regarding sneezing being a form of orgasm. The French refer to an orgasm as "the little death" and other myths relate sneezing to near death experience. These are old wives' tales and there is nothing in the medical literature that relates orgasm to sneezing. Many people have strange, or at least unusual, reaction to orgasm.
