Brandye's got it. Girth is often an issue for me(and my partners), but it lessens over time. The best solution I've found is to get the woman to near orgasm without touching her vagina or clit then finally progressing to them and staying through an orgasm or two. One thing to be careful about - have him run a finger around inside for a moment before entering or have him enter only a small amount with small slow strokes getting progressively larger when starting out. With a larger girth it is more likely that you can crack/tear along small creases that haven't been lubricated yet due to the folds inside so those two techniques can prevent that.
