Try reclining on your back with knees elevated and legs slightly spread. If you are of average build and not fat, you should be able to finger the outside of the anus as well as going inside and massaging your Prostate.

The article should help a lot. The main key is to understand that the sensitive nerve endings in and around the anus really only turn on and become highly reactive when a person is highly aroused. Wait until you are very aroused before playing around there.

I tried with my girlfriend too but is something I would like to do it alone... it turns me on but I dont know what I am doing wrong...
