Abnormal pap
I recently had a pap test and it came back positive for both low grade lesion (LGSIL) for which I have to have a colposcopy done, and high risk HPV. Just wondering if HPV is contracted solely through sexual contact with an infected partner or if it's something that can develop naturally? I know there are different types of HPV. Are they all considered an STD? Thanks.
