It seems you have been going out with women who think they can only orgasm once. Most women can, in fact, enjoy many more than one. But if they think they can only have one at a time, they may want you to finish up so they can get a bit of rest and do it all over again so they can have more orgasms.

They're bored/tired/dry. Do you just focus upon the penetration or do you multi-task by also doing some body worshipping during penetration? Do you move the stimulation from one internal hotspot to another during penetration so as to not 'max out' or 'overload' each hotspot?
