We went away for 4 days a couple of years ago and worked through the book, "Your Long Erotic Weekend". At the outset, I have to tell you that you will both have to relax and try some new things to work through this book. My wife has not been the subject of abuse, but she was quite inhibited for a number of years. There was little variety and she would not let me give her oral (now she LOVES it...and so do I!!!) This book helped us to take the next step. (BTW...37 years married here.) If you get the book, order the CD on line that goes with it. It is better to listen to some of the exercises rather than have to read them.
