I wouldn't be too worried (although Brandye or Doc might have some medical input). These things happen even if people are having sex multiple times a day.
My partner and I have sex regularly, and occasionally he can't cum. It's not that he isn't feeling pleasure, it's just that for whatever reason on that day he can't reach orgasm. I can get to the point of total exhaustion after 2+ hours of sex with him on some days and he won't cum. I have the same issue when playing on my own occasionally as well.
Until this happens repeatedly I'd say you're fine.
