If YOU want to get with another woman - then fine but if you don't - and you being unsure indicates that you're not ready for this - then DON'T.
There is no law that states you have to do everything your hubby wants (and vice versa).
My men can want this all they please - it simply is not going to happen because I feel getting with a woman about the same way they would feel about getting with another man.
It might be a nice idea to ask him that if you do this for him, will he get with another guy so you can watch?
Onto the rest of your questions now: it will only ruin your marriage if you two let it, it is NOT cheating if he has given you permission to do this and you two have set up guidelines and everyone abides by them, finally - BOTH of you have to hunt for this woman together.
